Description
Often, it’s our tiny steps toward daily light that change the world. Pausing the chaos, noise, and distractions to be fully present can be illuminating.
-------
The abundance and character of the mushrooms in our backyard sparked a fire of inspiration in me. It’s been over three years since I’ve been healthy enough to carry my “real” camera and tripod. But today, I just had to try. I wasn’t sure if I was physically capable (or what my rusty skills would produce), so it was one tiny step at a time. Thankfully, mushrooms are often low, so I can sit to photograph them (where I’m less likely to fall), and I don’t have to take but a few steps to discover yet another tiny world at my feet. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. Blessings surround us if we stop and let them illuminate our world.
