Artist's Description
After an accident during a routine surgery, I’m frequently left bedridden, require 24-hour care, and I'm rarely capable of having visitors or traveling more than 100 yards from my house for the past 16 years.
Thankfully, being isolated and alone doesn't mean I'm lonely. I have God, my caregiver and loving husband, Todd, and my never-ending creativity and imagination.
I still enjoy visiting new locations, but now, I travel through my imagination. When I'm stable enough to sit at my easel, I paint. But on the days I'm bedridden yet strong enough to use a laptop, digital art allows me to explore new destinations and create worlds others can experience also.
